The owners of Carolina's Pearl have partnered with the onsite rental agency, who provides front desk service and on-site property management. If a need or concern arises during your stay, contact the front desk. They have been authorized by us to quickly handle most issues that could arise.

Condo features: The condo features many desirable, contemporary amenities including a 50" Ultra HD TV (ready to stream) and DVD player in the living room; Keurig K55 coffee maker (bring your favorite K-Cups -- drip coffee maker provided as well); Crock Pot slow cooker; fully equipped and inventoried kitchen; double stainless kitchen sink; granite counter tops in the kitchen and in all three baths; refrigerator / freezer / ice maker; dishwasher; washer / dryer (bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets); vacuum; iron and full-size ironing board; complimentary high speed Wi-Fi; premium linens and towels (bed, bath, and kitchen), and rainy day activities (jig-saw puzzles, Monopoly, Scrabble, and more). Paper products, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash can liners, and even bath soap (if needed) are included and, upon request, are replenished at the front desk (with stays <30 days). Departure cleaning is included. Daily housekeeping is not included.

Bedroom 3 features one queen bed, a private bath (sink, toilet, shower), and an atrium window.
