Carolina's Pearl is a well-appointed, deluxe, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1394 total sq ft, top floor, ocean-facing condo located in Cherry Grove, on the second row at 1819 North Ocean Blvd, North Myrtle Beach, SC. 

This privately owned, spacious condo is located in the Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort and offers more space (sleeps 8), amenities, better parking, more privacy, and convenience than a hotel or even a private home. It's a home away from home, a place where you can relax, cook, lounge, and entertain. Please join us and welcome! 

According to the resort general manager, when not booked, Carolina's Pearl is frequently shown as a model to customers seeking a top floor, ocean-facing condominium. We are delighted that our condo is a preferred model for the resort!

Resort amenities

Upon arrival, convenient garage access to the lobby and 4 levels of garage parking will likely be the first amenities you'll notice and appreciate. After parking and checking in with the front desk, dozens of luggage carts and easy elevator access (from all 4 parking levels) simplify the unloading process. 

In addition to excellent parking and a sheltered lobby entrance, the resort offers many desirable amenities including indoor and outdoor pools (with complimentary pool towels), lazy river, tube floats, splash zone, outdoor showers (with foot wash), indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, fitness center, on-site café/grill (seasonal), four interior guest elevators, interior walkways in the atrium with a huge skylight ceiling overhead, 24/7 front desk service, complimentary book lending library, complimentary fresh coffee in the lobby, on-site property management, and much more. 

The resort's location is simply ideal. The direct ocean views from the condo and balcony are fantastic and the beautiful wide sandy beach is just across the street. Premium linens and towels (bed, bath, and kitchen) are included. Paper products (paper towels, toilet tissue, and facial tissue), liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trashcan liners are included and, upon request, are replenished at the front desk (with stays <30 days). Daily housekeeping is not included.

The beach and ocean

The beautiful Atlantic and a groomed, wide sandy beach are just across the street. The beach is accessible via a well-marked crosswalk (crosswalk, signage, flashing lights, vehicle stop lines), and city-maintained beach access with restrooms, drinking fountains, and outdoor showers (with foot wash). Looking for lots of activities? Carolina's Pearl is located just minutes from all of the famous Grand Strand attractions.

If you prefer to not venture far, the condo is located within a 2 minute drive of groceries, fuel, lots of restaurants, car washes, ATMs, beachwear, beach supplies, Cherry Grove Pier, mini-golf, parasailing, bike rental, surf shop, churches, golf courses, post office, ice cream parlors, and much more. 

Destinations and recommended resources within a 5 to 10 minute drive include: Hoskins Restaurant (local good eats), Carrabba's, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Walmart, many national grocery and drug store chains, Chick-fil-A, Firehouse Subs, Sakura Hibachi Buffet, Chipotle, Bojangles, Jersey Mike's, Domino's, Subway, Which Wich?, McDonald's, Sweet Frog, North Strand Beach Service, and many others.

Location, resort, condo, and staff -- all excellent

When shopping for a coastal vacation home, we carefully considered location, age and condition, maintenance history, resort amenities, resort cleanliness, resort maintenance, resort staff, and resort proximity to attractions, restaurants, golf, shopping, and services. Cherry Grove is a very desirable area and this condo, this resort, and this staff have exceeded our expectations. Thanks to resort management and staff (front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping), the resort operates smoothly and is as neat as a pin. We're certain you will agree.

Based on our vacation home research and shopping experience, this condo is a rare find. That's why we named it Carolina's Pearl. 

Important to note

Our condo and the entire Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort property are expressly 100% smoke-free. We rent to families and responsible adults. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. House parties are not allowed. Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out before 11:00 a.m. Resort quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. 

Pets

During your stay, you may see homeowners with pets, which is allowed. Guests are not allowed to have pets at the resort.
